We understand that things come up (including sickness), which is why we have our fair and low impact cancellation policy for last minute changes. All changes and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $24 charge or $48 charge. Please note, this cancellation policy will only be waived for a death in the immediate family.
