Stylists at a particular level are in control of their quarterly schedule. Due to changes in their personal life, they may change their schedule in advance, although they try to keep it as consistent as possible! We typically plan ahead 2 quarters at a time. At this point, there may be a change in the schedule that will adjust what we can offer for your appointment.
During quarterly changes, the Stylist may also assess standing appointments and slightly adjust their offerings. We will give you notice when this happens. (For example, they may not allow standing blow-drys on their schedule, or limit them). We will also work to set you up with a Stylist that will take great care of you, and at your request, we can set up a one-on-one with the new Stylist to make sure you’re happy with the result.
