All of our reservations flow through our Scheduling Team! From new Guests to repeat visitors, our scheduling coordinator handles all of these requests through a cloud-based system due to the distractions that can happen in the salon.
The cloud-based system allows for us to see all missed calls and texts in one place, and gives us a way for Stylists to interact throughout the process. There are three ways to request an appointment:

Please note that emails cannot be used as a reliable method for appointments. All NEW Guests will be required to have a card on file per our cancellation policy, or they are welcome to come in ahead to pay for a gift card to have on their file.
Existing Guests will not be required to have it on file unless they have a No-Show on their record.
